Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver expertly designed mindfulness-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to assist clients in managing stress and promoting overall wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client's unique stressors, mental health challenges, and goals, customizing mindfulness practices accordingly.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness, stress reduction, and resilience-building strategies.

• Integrate mindfulness practices seamlessly into individual therapy sessions to target specific mental health issues, enhancing therapeutic outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n
