This full-time, remote position focuses primarily on supporting clients dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Work Environment\n

Our practice operates in a collaborative remote environment, allowing therapists flexibility while ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care. While the majority of your work will be conducted virtually, our outpatient office in Bellevue remains a crucial resource for occasional in-person meetings and consultations with team members. The work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the occasional need for evening or weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately evaluate the severity and nature of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop customized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and preferences of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care.

• Engage in ongoing learning by staying current with the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment milestones in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and share insights for collective improvement.

• Advocate for clients by working to de-stigmatize mood disorders and promoting awareness of mental health issues within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health therapy, preferably focused on mood disorders.

• Skills: Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, especially CBT and DBT, along with a solid understanding of psychopharmacology to ensure cohesive treatment with prescribers.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and credentials, along with potential bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
