This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while engaging with clients predominantly through telehealth platforms. Our outpatient office environment fosters a supportive atmosphere where therapists can collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring cohesive care and positive outcomes for our clients. Regular office hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends on a rotating basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, establishing a strong baseline for treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences, employing a client-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and improve mental well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and treatment methods, equipping them with essential self-care strategies and coping mechanisms.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance efficacy and address emerging challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily focus on working with diverse individuals experiencing various mood disorders, including but not limited to, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, allowing for rich interactions that drive holistic understanding and support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Washington.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically CBT and DBT, with a keen passion for working with mood disorders.

• Excellent communication skills, allowing the establishment of rapport and trust with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise in mental health.
