Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while prioritizing patient care. Our team operates in a collaborative outpatient office environment, utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems for seamless documentation and care coordination. Your typical work week will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility for some schedule adjustments to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals. This includes intake interviews and standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focusing on creating a supportive environment where clients feel validated and heard.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational and support groups that tackle common mental health issues, fostering community and connection among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses to client needs.

• Educate clients on mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources to empower them on their healing journeys.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with established legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and workshops for professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) in Washington State.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proficient in conducting thorough mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Adherence to ethical standards and ability to maintain professional boundaries while delivering therapeutic support.

• Competence in using EHR systems and other relevant computer applications to manage patient information efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy, ideally within an outpatient setting.
