Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Resolute Academy, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and concerns.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities to facilitate individual healing.

• Utilize teletherapy systems efficiently to ensure accessibility for clients with scheduling constraints or mobility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress, in line with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges. Many of our clients face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

The ideal applicant will possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse client populations.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
\n
• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

A background or additional certification in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness-based therapy will be advantageous. Candidates with experience in remote client interactions or teletherapy will be preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
