Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Execute timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical team's approach in evaluating and diagnosing clients.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure our standards are upheld.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community agencies, effectively coordinating client services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including those facing emotional health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC License issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary between $80,000 and $105,000, commensurate with experience.
