Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their unique mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans that drive progress.

• Establish realistic therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Offer teletherapy sessions via our specialized platform, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for clients and maintaining a responsive approach to care.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment regimens in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will immerse you in a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with clients to provide them with the tools and strategies necessary for healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
\n
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in both verbal and written communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients is essential.
\n
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage client caseload.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

• Previous work in private practice or clinic settings focused on individual counseling is a plus.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care enhances your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary of USD 120,000 to 140,000, with an additional sign-on bonus of $3,000 for new hires.
