Solace Springs Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist, specifically holding credentials as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). This full-time position will primarily focus on providing therapeutic interventions for individuals grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' journeys towards recovery through evidence-based practices and therapeutic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to facilitate emotional healing and foster coping strategies.

• Perform comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to track client progress and treatment efficacy.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique psychological and emotional needs.
\n
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment approaches collectively.
\n
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our client management systems, complying with both organizational policies and legal regulations.
\n
• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions focused on the latest evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing substance abuse issues, alongside a spectrum of co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Our client demographic is diverse, encompassing various ages and backgrounds, and requires a tailored, culturally competent approach to therapy. You will address the relational and interpersonal dynamics affecting clients and their families, facilitating healing and understanding in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current, valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as either an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience working in mental health, with a focus on mood disorders and addiction issues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), for clients with mood disorders.

• Strong familiarity with psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and medical professionals to optimize patient care.

• A demonstrated track record of effective therapy outcomes in mood disorder treatment and substance abuse recovery.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport with clients from diverse walks of life.

Compensation and Benefits\n
