Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with patients to foster an open therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans specific to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide regular counseling sessions for individuals and families, monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a range of therapeutic interventions that empower clients to overcome challenges.

• Perform continuous evaluations of patient progress and outcomes, facilitating timely interventions and referrals to other specialists when required.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies for patients experiencing acute emotional distress, providing assessment and immediate therapeutic support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including those coping with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and other psychological conditions. You will be equipped to address varying complexities, engaging effectively with clients from different walks of life in ways that resonate with their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in the state of Washington as either an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred for advanced therapeutic practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient counseling setting, demonstrating a track record of effective patient care.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, along with the capability to motivate and inspire clients toward achieving their mental health goals.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), word processing, and spreadsheet software.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adapting to shifting priorities with ease.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
