Work Environment\n

The position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility while ensuring our therapists can maintain work-life balance. As a fully digital practice, we utilize cutting-edge telehealth platforms to connect with clients, making therapy accessible and convenient. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexible scheduling based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patient needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients grappling with similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment and continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, guiding clients through mental health emergencies with compassion and professional support.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and available community resources for additional support.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards using our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.

• Commit to continuous professional development through ongoing education and staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Your ability to build rapport and trust with these individuals will be crucial in creating an effective therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Substantial knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and evidence-based practices.

• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Expertise in providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations with differing mental health needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster clinical relationships and engage clients effectively.

• Strong professional ethics, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
