Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based remote care to clients through structured telehealth sessions.

• Monitor and document participant progress, ensuring accurate session notes and timely follow-up communications.

• Collaborate with the care team to facilitate client access to necessary resources and assist with obtaining consent and authorization.

• Identify high-risk situations and respond according to established safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of clients in distress.

• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and organizational town halls to foster community and improve service delivery.

• Uphold the highest confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations and complete annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field is required.

• A current and unrestricted license to practice as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• The ability to maintain a consistent patient schedule, committing to 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting psychotherapy with proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
