Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct online assessments and therapy sessions using audio, video, and chat functionalities to effectively connect with clients.

• Utilize the platform's comprehensive tools — including online journals and goal-setting features — to support clients in achieving their personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending virtual meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices in telehealth.

• Collaborate with a community of over 10,000 therapists to share insights and support one another through challenges in therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on helping adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship dynamics, weight management, and grief counseling. Our platform specifically screens for clients with stable, lower acuity needs, allowing you to concentrate your efforts where you can make the most significant impact.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possess a current and valid state license, such as LMFT, LPC, or LICSW.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients through a variety of digital communication methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience level. Additional benefits include:
