Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality remote care through evidence-based therapeutic programs, focusing on individual patient needs.

• Monitor participant progress diligently; provide follow-up communication and care coordination recommendations, ensuring accurate documentation of session notes in our electronic health record system.

• Collaborate actively as a member of the care team, helping participants navigate resources and complete consent and authorization forms efficiently.

• Identify and respond to participants displaying high-risk behavior or safety concerns, strictly adhering to established safety protocols.

• Engage in scheduled supervision meetings, attend monthly team gatherings, and participate in town hall discussions to share successes and challenges.

• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure compliance with required annual training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, each with unique mental health challenges, providing tailored therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• The ability to maintain a consistent schedule for patient appointments, committing to a standard 40-hour work week from Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
