Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer therapeutic mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), aimed at assisting clients with stress management and promoting relaxation.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, stressors, and aspirations, subsequently customizing mindfulness practices tailored to their individual needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to cultivate self-awareness and emotional stability.
\n
• Lead group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience enhancement.
\n
• Integrate mindfulness techniques into one-on-one therapy sessions to effectively address specific mental health issues faced by clients.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and therapists to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to treatment including the guideline of mindfulness.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of client progress, therapeutic interventions, and personalized treatment plans.

• Engage in regular self-reflection and personal mindfulness practice to enhance your therapeutic skills and deepen your understanding of mindfulness methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas is mandatory.

• Proven experience in delivering mindfulness-based interventions is a strong plus and will elevate your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
