Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring that they resonate with the patient’s cultural and personal contexts.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Offer crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and professional assistance to those in need.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and cultural considerations in therapy practice.
