This role is integral to our outpatient office where you will deliver high-quality mental health care to clients facing various challenges related to mood disorders. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote working opportunity, allowing you to connect with clients through virtual platforms while having access to the resources needed for effective treatment. Your working hours will typically fall from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs. This flexible setting allows for a good work-life balance while ensuring that our clients receive timely support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and nature of their mood disorder symptoms, creating a foundation for individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish personalized therapeutic goals and strategies that align with their preferences and lifestyle.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored specifically to mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatments, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor and document progress through client sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and observed outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care, optimizing treatment efficacy.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in mood disorder treatment while participating in case consultations and team meetings for continuous improvement.

• Advocate for clients, addressing stigma around mood disorders, and promoting mental wellness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on supporting clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will provide evidence-based interventions and personalized care strategies, ensuring each client feels heard, validated, and equipped to manage their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, which may include performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to eligible new hires, supporting your transition into our team.
