Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct initial assessments with clients through secure video calls to evaluate their mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marital, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Perform mental health screenings utilizing virtual tools, skillfully identifying and addressing treatment needs.

• Engage with clients in regular therapy sessions, adapting and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and circumstances.

• Contribute to our ongoing efforts in enhancing client care by engaging in interdisciplinary case discussions and additional administrative support tasks as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and families dealing with a wide spectrum of mental health and behavioral issues. You will provide support for those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders, ensuring that care is tailored and effective. Your expertise and compassion will help clients navigate through their challenges towards improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).

• A strong foundational knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices within the realm of mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following experiences are highly preferred:

• At least 3-5 years of direct experience working with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, especially involving co-occurring disorders or substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
