Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients' mental health needs, taking into account their unique experiences and challenges related to trauma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients who have experienced trauma and associated challenges. This includes individuals recovering from physical injuries and the psychological effects of trauma. By offering tailored counseling services and a compassionate approach, you will aid these patients in navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential issued by the appropriate state licensing board.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with trauma patients, including those with complex emotional needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, facilitating effective patient engagement and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
