Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations governing mental health services.

• Act as a liaison with various service systems and agencies, establishing and maintaining effective partnerships to enhance program delivery.

• Maintain clear and open lines of communication with colleagues and community partners to align with our mission and meet contractual standards.

• Network with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private organizations, to promote our programs and identify opportunities for new partnerships and funding.

• Commit to professional growth through attending conferences, classes, and workshops while actively participating in agency representation during statewide meetings and task forces.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role is to create a trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to embody their potential for recovery and wellness. Tailoring interventions to the individual needs of clients will enable more effective outcomes and facilitate community integration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Active independent license such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of professional mental health counseling experience is essential.

• Familiarity with maintaining accurate records as required by legal and ethical standards for client charts.

• A valid driver’s license along with access to insured transportation to facilitate any necessary travel for services or community engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, alongside a competitive benefits package that emphasizes professional development and personal wellness.
