Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.

• Deliver both individual and group counseling sessions focused on addressing emotional challenges such as grief, loneliness, and anxiety associated with aging and life transitions.

• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team—including physicians, social workers, and other mental health professionals—to formulate holistic care strategies that enhance the quality of life for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
