Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews and assessments to gather psycho-social data from clients, their families, and related stakeholders, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient.

• Utilize a strong background in the mental health recovery model to incorporate recovery principles into assessments and treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized crisis and treatment plans, actively engaging clients in the process to identify their strengths and goals.

• Collaborate closely with a variety of medical professionals, including physicians and psychiatrists, to create a comprehensive care continuum that supports the mental wellness of our clients.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, while ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in accordance with clinic policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
