Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a regular workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly, providing you with the necessary tools to conduct assessments, counseling sessions, and follow-ups from the comfort of your home office. You will also have access to a robust system that facilitates communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of elderly residents, identifying their specific care needs and establishing personalized treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions to address the emotional challenges associated with aging, including grief, loss, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans aimed at improving the overall health of geriatric clients.

• Educate families and staff on effective strategies to enhance emotional well-being, addressing issues related to aging and mental health.

• Facilitate grief counseling for residents and their families coping with end-of-life issues, offering a supportive space for healing.

• Implement cognitive stimulation programs and other evidence-based interventions that promote mental acuity and emotional resilience among elderly individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 65,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available.
