Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while adhering to an organized work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments of elderly clients, identifying their individual care needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions that focus on helping seniors navigate emotional challenges related to aging, grief, and significant life transitions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to create and implement holistic care plans that address both physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications\n
