Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients, ensuring individualized approaches to their unique challenges.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client's stressors, goals, and existing coping mechanisms, creating personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to facilitate emotional regulation and stress management.
\n
• Facilitate group workshops on mindfulness, resilience-building strategies, and stress reduction, encouraging participation and engagement among clients.

• Incorporate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, tailoring techniques as necessary to support clients' journeys.

• Collaborate with fellow practitioners to integrate evidence-based mindfulness practices seamlessly into comprehensive treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions.

• Engage regularly in personal mindfulness practice, attending professional development workshops to advance your expertise in mindfulness methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse individuals facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. By employing mindfulness-based approaches, you will help clients enhance their well-being and resilience while promoting self-awareness and emotional balance within a supportive therapeutic framework.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
