Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Life Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to determine individual needs and suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques that align with each client’s unique situation.

• Efficiently manage all administrative duties, including billing and documentation, completing individualized treatment plans, and submitting insurance authorization forms promptly.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans when indicated, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to help clients maintain stable functioning.

• Craft and implement discharge plans that reflect the ongoing needs and goals of clients upon completion of therapeutic services.

• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to ensure compliance and uphold the integrity of our services.

• Participate in continuous training and professional development activities to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and competences.

• Engage in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute to the improvement of our services and share best practices.

• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training to stay current with industry standards.
