This role allows you to work remotely while actively utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations on new clients to identify their mental health needs, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services through individual, group, and family sessions, applying therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to address varying mental health issues.

• Collaborate efficiently with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals on the treatment team to ensure holistic care, actively participating in case discussions and sharing insights for improved client outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute distress. Use your expertise to de-escalate situations, offering support and developing safety plans to assist clients through emergencies.

• Engage proactively in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public about available resources and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes adults and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional disturbances. Understanding and compassion for cultural, socioeconomic, and individual differences will be essential in providing effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships within a telehealth context.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, enabling effective interaction and intervention with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and manage caseloads effectively in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a background in telehealth practices.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes:
