Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status, including clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client needs, incorporating best practices and evidence-based therapies.

• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with clients, providing therapeutic interventions, coping strategies, and skills training to assist in overcoming their challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer comprehensive care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Document all client interactions in our electronic health record (EHR) system accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
