Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage collaboratively with internal programs, support staff, and external stakeholders, such as educational and community organizations, to create a supportive network for clients.

• Provide therapeutic services via telehealth platforms in accordance with the contractual requirements of funding sources and program guidelines.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings, contributing to the development and coordination of personalized care plans for clients and their families.

• Deliver culturally and linguistically sensitive services, ensuring that your therapeutic approaches resonate with the diverse backgrounds of our clientele.

• Document clients' progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role caters to a varied client population, ranging from individuals facing mental health challenges in early childhood to those navigating the complexities of aging and mental health issues. You will work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, understanding their unique needs and tailoring your interventions to promote their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with electronic health record systems will provide an advantage in this role. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and experience working with diverse populations will enhance the effectiveness of your practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
