Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on critical responsibilities that directly impact client wellness. Your tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include adults aged 18 and older who struggle with various mental health challenges that impede their capacity for independence and stability in the community. You will work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, employing an empathetic and person-centered technique in your interactions.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license (required licensures include LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
\n
• A strong foundation in clinical experience, particularly in providing direct mental health services.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a supportive demeanor.

• Proficiency in using technology and maintaining a reliable Wi-Fi connection for effective telehealth delivery.
