Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions through telehealth or in-person meetings tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, building rapport and trust effectively.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current active license in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating an ability to handle a diverse range of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, set between $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
