This role is entirely remote, utilizing our advanced telehealth platform that connects clients and therapists efficiently. Regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allow you to provide consistent care while enjoying time for personal engagements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and impact of clients' mood disorder symptoms, facilitating a deep understanding of their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans, outlining specific goals and interventions that align with their individual needs and preferences.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address the unique symptoms and situations faced by clients.

• Educate patients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care that enhances overall treatment effectiveness.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements related to mood disorders by participating in continued education opportunities and relevant training.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
