Work Environment\n

This role is set within a remote outpatient office that prioritizes flexibility and collaboration among team members. Our virtual setting ensures that both therapists and clients have the tools needed to engage effectively in therapy. The outreach strategies integrate teletherapy options, allowing for maximum accessibility. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, including MBSR techniques for relaxation and stress management.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and personalized goals, ensuring their treatment plans are relevant and effective.

• Lead clients through mindfulness exercises—such as guided meditation, breathwork, and self-reflection activities—to enhance their self-awareness and emotional regulation skills.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness practices and resilience-building strategies, creating a supportive community atmosphere.

• Utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that combines mindfulness with traditional therapy methods, directly addressing clients' unique mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Wellbe Health Care Inc., you will work primarily with individuals who are navigating a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Clients will benefit from a therapeutic focus on mindfulness and self-awareness as they seek to improve their emotional health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
