Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to clients' unique challenges and wellness goals.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' stressors, mental health concerns, and objectives; utilize the results to develop personalized mindfulness strategies.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies to larger audiences.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions to effectively address specific mental health issues and support clients' overall development.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate mindfulness approaches into comprehensive treatment plans for improved patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each client’s progress, therapeutic interventions applied, and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practices and professional development activities to continually deepen your knowledge of MBSR and other mindfulness methodologies.

In this role, you will be working primarily with individuals across various ages and backgrounds who are seeking support for their mental health challenges. Our clients include those experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional dysregulation, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Massachusetts as either an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Proficient understanding and experience in integrating mindfulness into therapeutic practices.
