Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychological evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness strategies.

• Work alongside case managers, psychiatric staff, and other community resources to coordinate integrated care and ensure consistent support for your clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, navigating complex situations with professionalism and compassion.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and education to reduce stigma and increase access to vital services within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By fostering trusting relationships, you will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
