Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create effective treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver compassionate individual therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness practices.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals for clients and regularly monitor and document their progress to modify treatment plans when necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring that clients with accessibility challenges receive the support they need through virtual platforms.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all ethical and legal standards in documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor at New Horizon, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing a range of issues such as trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, depression, and coping strategies. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
