Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling services grounded in established mental health theories, adapting techniques to support adults, families, and groups struggling with various life challenges.

• Deliver psychoeducation, equipping clients with the knowledge about mental and emotional health, addressing disorders and behavioral health concerns effectively.

• Engage in collaborative case conferences and treatment meetings to develop comprehensive therapeutic strategies with colleagues and external partners, as needed.

• Facilitate personal adjustments and human development by assessing clients' needs, providing career development support, and addressing interpersonal relationship dynamics, mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct outreach services to ensure ongoing support and follow-up for clients, promoting a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Implement and oversee comprehensive transition, discharge, and aftercare plans, ensuring continuity of care as clients move through various phases of their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, documenting assessments, service provisions, and care coordination to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans through ongoing assessments, incorporating feedback from clients and relevant stakeholders to tailor services accordingly.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
