Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional challenges, and psychosocial factors influencing their well-being.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific therapeutic goals, ensuring measurable progress is tracked over time.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing feedback and outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date for compliance and quality assurance.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and behavioral health professionals, to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

Qualifications\n
