Work Environment\n

Although this position allows for remote work, our remote outpatient office remains highly interactive and supportive. We utilize various digital platforms for therapy sessions and team collaboration, ensuring that every team member feels connected and engaged. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but there may be some flexibility in your schedule to meet the unique needs of your patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique experiences and perspectives.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Offer education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available supports within the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions focused on cultural competency and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
