Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health concerns, tailoring treatment plans to meet their individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients, ensuring that adaptations are made for those who face challenges in accessing traditional in-office therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date and compliant records and documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skill sets, including access to workshops and training relevant to mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a safe space for clients to open up.

• A non-judgmental, empathetic approach towards clients, allowing for an inclusive and supportive therapy experience.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing a caseload while navigating administrative tasks effectively.
