Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and associated mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual needs, emphasizing both addiction recovery and co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care, conducting case reviews and participating in team meetings.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in one of the following areas: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
