Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine individual patient needs and collaboratively design personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to maximize patient outcomes.

You will primarily engage with a diverse array of patients seeking help with mental health disorders, including but not limited to depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
