Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and customize treatment plans appropriate for each individual.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities, catering to the unique needs of clients.

• Offer crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and resources to ensure safety and stability during emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records by documenting treatment plans, session notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and individual needs.

• Commit to continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults, couples, and families navigating a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide compassionate support and tailored therapeutic approaches to address the diverse backgrounds and experiences of your clients, fostering an environment that promotes healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
