Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate virtual counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring a supportive and open environment for clients.

• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs, fostering positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Develop, monitor, and refine personalized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and challenges of each client.

• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, facilitating personal growth and resolution of challenges.

• Assess and track client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a diverse range of mental health issues. The clients may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your expertise will be essential in helping them develop essential coping skills, improve their emotional health, and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice. We do not provide supervision, so applicants must hold a valid license without limitations or disciplinary actions. Licenses considered include, but are not limited to:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficient interpersonal skills and a demonstrated capacity for empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate virtual counseling platforms, and a reliable internet connection for conducting sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in teletherapy or remote counseling environments.
\n
• Expertise in specific treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• A proven track record of effectively managing a clinical caseload.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a sign-on bonus, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend. We offer weekly direct deposit to simplify your financial management.
