This role is primarily conducted via telehealth, allowing for a flexible work environment suited to both therapists and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and clinical judgement to identify clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, effectively addressing various mental health issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to assist clients in acute distress.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including case managers and psychiatrists, coordinating care to promote holistic client well-being.

• Participate in community outreach programs and workshops aimed at mental health education and reducing stigma around mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and create trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective organizational and time management abilities to maintain accurate documentation.

• Possess cultural sensitivity and competence to engage with clients of varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
