Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to ascertain each client's substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate strategies for overcoming both addiction and underlying mental health issues.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to engage clients actively in their recovery process.

• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, including physicians and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the full spectrum of clients’ needs.

Qualifications\n
