Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health status through virtual sessions to identify symptoms of various mental health conditions.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to promote client progress, and empowering clients with coping strategies and tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals struggling with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Massachusetts.

• At least four years of hands-on experience working in mental health counseling with a proven ability to manage a varied caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
