Key Responsibilities\n

• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to understand each client’s mental health history and current challenges, guiding personalized treatment planning.

• Individualized Treatment Planning: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues, aligning interventions with client goals.

• Therapeutic Facilitation: Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster healing and personal development.

Qualifications\n
