Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexibility as it is entirely remote, affording you the ability to work within the comfort of your own home while still being a vital part of our team. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of evening shifts to accommodate client needs. Your interactions with clients will be conducted through our secure telehealth platform, which is user-friendly and ensures confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their specific needs, strengths, and goals related to substance use disorder treatment.

• Design individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals suffering from varying degrees of substance use disorders. This diverse patient population may include those in the early stages of recovery as well as individuals who have previously relapsed and are seeking renewed support. You will work compassionately to help clients understand their challenges while guiding them toward sustainable recovery solutions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, based on experience and qualifications.
