Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, including mental health histories and daily challenges.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address a variety of conditions.

• Maintain detailed, professional documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate treatment plans and share insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at our clinic, you will work primarily with a diverse array of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional and behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience, ideally with a focus on outpatient therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in working with diverse client populations and an understanding of cultural competence in therapy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
