Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive intake interviews, clinical assessments, and ongoing evaluations.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique strengths and challenges of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring that all records reflect the client’s progress and treatment outcomes.

• Make referrals to community resources and support services to enhance client care and access additional resources.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on treatment strategies.
\n
• Support a culture of innovation by proposing and implementing initiatives that enhance the quality of care.

• Adhere to mandated reporting protocols regarding client safety and welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in outpatient mental health settings, with a focus on providing therapy to a diverse client base.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with various office software applications.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine interest in advocating for and serving diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3+ years of experience in outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
